Neal was one of four founding partners of SCS Frigette, an automobile accessory manufacturer based in Fort Worth. While at SCS Frigette, Neal was Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Quality Management, and was a board member. As Vice President of quality management, Neal guided the successful effort to certify the company to the ISO-9000 quality standard. He was also the inventor or co-inventor of eight US patents while at SCS Frigette.
Following the successful sale of SCS Frigette in 2006, Neal worked as the Associate Director of Development at Fort Worth’s Catholic Charities; Neal was responsible for fundraising and public relations.
Following his role at Catholic Charities of Fort Worth, Neal became a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Clearing Services in Fort Worth, offering planning and wealth management services. He then joined Morgan Capital Solutions in 2016.
Neal obtained his MBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
